Cauliflower Mushroom Lentil Soup

We’re really into soups this winter so we’re sharing another delicious soup recipe today – Cauliflower Mushroom Lentil Soup! This soup is perfect for these cold winter days.


  • ½ onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 8 white mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1L Vegetable broth
  • 2 cups Cauliflower (chopped)
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp Brown lentils
  • 2 Tbsp Tamari
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • 2 tbsp brown rice flour


  1. Over medium heat in a large pot simmer onions, garlic, and mushrooms with 2 tbsp of grapeseed oil.
  2. Simmer until onions are translucent.  Then to the pot add in the vegetable broth, almond milk, cauliflower, lentils, tamari, salt, cumin, rosemary, and cardamom.  Stir everything together and bring up temperature to a boil.  Let soup boil for 20-30 mins, and stir in brown rice flour the last 5 mins.
  3. Make sure lentils are fully cooked before turning off heat.  Then serve!
