5:15 – 6:15 – Power Flow
A combination of strength and flexibility, this class features kettlebell techniques with a yoga flow with instructor Jenn Joncas
6:30 – 7:30 – Acro Yoga
Acro yoga is about being in the moment and being in balance with another. Acrobatics with yogic consciousness with instructor Liz O’Hara
7:30 – 8:30 – Glow Yoga
A vinyasa practice with our blacklights! Wear bright clothes and let yourself glow!
Thursday, March 23rd
5:30 – 6:15 – Hot Vinyasa Yoga
Join us for this hot practice to move and sweat with instructor Jenn Joncas
6:30 – 7:30 – Candelight Vinyasa Yoga
This class will flow you through different postures and breathwork with a candlelit atmosphere with instructor Jenn Joncas
7:45 – 8:45 – Candlelight Restorative Yoga
This gentle, calm practice in an intimately lit environment will be sure to bring you peace and relaxation with instructor Kayla Alexis
