SUDBURY - MEET A SLOTH and so much more! - February 9th-11th, 'Diversity of Living Things' is coming to the Steelworkers Hall in Sudbury! Little Ray's Reptile Zoo is being joined by our team from Animal Ambassadors with our largest and most comprehensive exhibit to date. This 8000 square foot exhibit features a Sloth, Skunk, Harris Hawk, Eagle Owl, Vulture, Alligator, Snakes, Tarantulas, Tortoises, Bunnies, Ferrets, and much, more! This amazing interactive, educational exhibit will feature over 30 LIVE ANIMAL EXHIBITS for people to enjoy at their leisure, 2 highly interactive 30-minute educational programs that will rotate 15 minutes apart each day and boat loads of staff with animals out for people to interact with in a family-friendly, hands-on environment. Give yourself a good 1.5 to 2 hours to see and do everything. WIN A VIP MEET AND GREET - If you are interested in a VIP meet and greet with our incredible young sloth simply 'Share' this post. All shares will be entered into a draw and 2 families will be selected to come in Sunday morning before we open for an amazing intimate encounter with one of nature's coolest and most mysterious animals. Frontin’ the stage and representing the North, Sudbury based Singer/Songwriter Melissa Belanger (Missy Dawn) is back after an extended musical hiatus. Melissa’s music career launched in 1999 when she formed Canada’s Leading Dixie Chick Tribute Band -Dixie Chicklets Rockabilly/Country/Blues Her tone, uncannily similar to Natalie Maine’s, she is often compared to her musical influences Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood. Melissa has toured many corners of North America including both Eastern/ Western Coasts of Canada, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Mississippi, and New York headlines and supporting at Festivals, Fairs, Casinos & Clubs. Notable shows include Calgary Stampede, Edmonton Klondike Days and many popular North American Music Festivals.
