Experience “Art in Bloom” with the Art Gallery’s Floral-Inspired Exhibit

Get ready to fully embrace springtime in Sudbury with Art Blooms, where the Art Gallery of Sudbury will be filled with floral arrangements from 15 professional local floral designers! These talented floral artists have studied works and paintings from the Art Gallery’s permanent collection to create beautiful and innovative arrangements inspired by their chosen art piece. Both will be displayed next to one another to create a dynamic visual display within the gallery.

Some of the local flower shops and floral designers whose work will be featured include Carole Charbonneau of FlowerTowne, Sophie Prisque of Forever Petals, and Kristen Laval of Paris in Bloom. These arrangements are also available to purchase throughout the evening!

Art Blooms will be on display Thursday, April 6th from 5 pm until 8 pm, with all proceeds and sales from the event directly supporting the local art education programs and initiatives run by the Gallery. Azilda Greenhouses and Northern Wildflowers will be sponsoring the event, and tickets to Art Blooms are available at www.artsudbury.org and at the front desk of the Art Gallery of Sudbury. Prices are $10 for general admission and $9 for members.
