Local Muay Thai Gym Owner Represented Canada in the WAKO Pan-Am Games

Scott Bartlett a local Mauy Thai gym owner represented Canada and Sudbury Martial Arts at the 9th annual WAKO Pan-Am games in Cancun Mexico. After a successful night at Northern Fights 2 at the Caruso Club, Scott himself and his two fighters took home the sweeping victory for Melbrook Martial Arts Academy. Tis the season for pumpkins! I love pumpkin season, I like carving them, decorating with them, and eating them.  Pumpkins are not only used for decoration, they can be used for nutrition.  They are high in fiber, contain vitamin A and antioxidants.  Here is a way to include more pumpkin into your breakfast routine.
