There’s no denying the Sudbury Burlesque troupe has the art of playful seduction down to a science. But do you ever wonder how they do it? Get a little taste at what it takes to take the stage in this latest installment of Sudbury Burlesque’s new Showgirl Series workshops! These specialty classes will give you an opportunity to learn sultry new dance techniques and an insight into some classic burlesque styles. Best of all there’s no experience needed!  Take you pick of two workshop sessions instructed by the troupes own, Knox Harter, September 30th & October 1st for $25 each at Zen Fitness. Spots are going quick so don’t miss your chance!

Showgirl Series: All That Jazz with Knox Harter – September 30th, 3-4:30PM

“ALL THAT JAZZ” -Burlesque, vaudeville, fosse jazz….our Cheesecake Darling will help you learn basic jazz technique coupled with stage-worthy style! This class includes warming and conditioning, across the floor work, and finishes with a fun classic jazz combination! No experience necessary and gender neutral. Release your inner showgirl and get a good workout while you’re at it!

Showgirl Series: Bunhead Bootcamp with Knox Harter – October 1st, 7-8:30PM

Join Knox Harter in an intense bootcamp style ballet class! Refine posture, master core strength and find muscular stability with the grace and poise of a ballet dancer! No previous experience required. Gender neutral. Expect to sweat!
