We’re doing out Top 5 series a little bit differently this year. Instead of just rounding up all five in one short post, we’re going to be spreading it out into a series of five posts AND we’re including videos this time.

Do you ever get stuck in a gym rut? I know I do ( full disclosure, I actually hate the gym) so I like to switch it up with different types of classes.  When I was thinking about my fitness goals for 2018 I was having a hard time figuring out what classes were for me and I figured I wasn’t the only one struggling with this so why not make my time useful and turn it into a Top 5 post for Our Crater? And here we are… our first post in a series of 5. Today we’re taking you to CrossFit Sudbury.

If you aren’t familiar with CrossFit, it is a high-intensity fitness program that incorporates elements from different types of sports and exercises. CrossFit Sudbury wants to help you learn how to move, why it’s important, and numerous different ways to apply those movements.  You’ll learn how to take care of your body, improving your stable range of motion, as well as the best ways to fuel your body. Everyone starts off with an assessment so they can determine your level of fitness and make sure the CrossFit classes your taking are right for you.
