Favorite Fashion Item: Loafers (aka the new ballet flat)

What’s the deal with loafers you ask? Well, they’re originally a men’s shoe, they’ve been around since the Victorian era (I think), and they are cute, comfortable, and stylish as hell, so why shouldn’t we wear them every chance we get? They are also called “smoking slippers”…which is a pretty cool name if you ask me.

They come in all shapes, styles, and colours, like these real intense Miu Miu ones, these cute elephant loafers by C. Wonder (which have fantastic shoes by the way), or these Chiara Ferragni smoking slippers that have been seen on countless celebs.

Mine, on the other hand, are Christian Siriano for Payless (BOGO deals are the best). They come in black, burgundy, brown, and leopard!

The oversized button-up is a Forever 21 find (similar styles here and here), as is the turquoise necklace (similar style here). The denim is from Gap, and the glasses are Ray Ban clubmasters.
