Biz n’ Brewz – Join us for a pint of craft beer while Owner, Shawn Mailloux, takes us behind the scenes of Stack Brewing and explains how after years of drinking beers that were not quite right for him and his friends, he decided to brew a beer that would appeal to casual and seasoned beer drinkers alike. Tickets are limited for this event so make sure to get yours ASAP! Colours of Hope 5K Sudbury – Add a splash of colours to your running calendar with the Canadian Cancer Society’s Colours of Hope 5K. You’ll be transformed in more ways than one during this non-competitive, fun-filled event which celebrates life and raises important funds to fight cancer. When it’s over, the colour will wash away, but your smile is there to stay. Register to begin fundraising online for the Canadian Cancer Society’s Colours of Hope 5K. 9:00 a.m. @ Moonlight Beach

5th Annual Espanola Fibre Arts Festival – Makers Market, workshops, demonstrations and hands on activities celebrating fibre arts and fibre artists. 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. @ 175 Avery Drive, Espanola 

Book Signing and meet the author – 1:00 p.m. @ New Sudbury Library – 1346 Lasalle Blvd.
Sudbury Rock for Dimes Concert –  Several bands will be playing from 4-11 p.m. Accoustic afternoon from 4-6 p.m.( Kim Schmidt and Aggressive Accoustic), followed by Rock and Roll evening from 7-11 p.m. (Wolves in Red, Backroads, Bluez Brothers and Vanillagorilla). Northern Game Expo – Celebrate “Geek Culture” as The Northern Game Expo is back. We have moved venues to the Caruso Club, which means more space, and more vendors! NGE has both halls for Video Games, Comics, Anime and very talented artists!INTERESTED VENDORS!!! Open your boxes of games collecting dust in your basement, you never know what gems people are looking for. SHOPPERS!!! Bring your games with you as many vendors will trade for their.
