Regional French Cuisine – France has been excelling in cuisine for centuries. Their classic foods and cheeses have also drawn foodies from all over the globe to feast “like the French”. LOL Sudbury Comedy Festival Presents: Jeremy Hotz – One of the most unique stand-up comics working today, Canadian born Jeremy Hotz has quickly become a proven international success. With stellar performances at the Montreal Comedy Festival: Just For Laughs and his sold out Canadian theater tour “What A Miserable Tour This Is….”, as well as performances all over the United States, Europe and Australia, Jeremy continues to grab audiences with his completely original and confused, yet very astute, observational comedy. In 1997, he performed at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal and received a standing ovation after his debut performance at the festival’s prestigious television gala. Valentine’s Day Dinner for TwoNothing says I love you more than a dinner made with care and devotion. We will start off with a Mixed Green Salad with Beets and Warm Goat Cheese. Then, we will make a Châteaubriand for two with Béarnaise Sauce and Potato Gratin, and for dessert, a rich and decadent Chocolate Pots de Crème.  Divine!  Cost: $70 – 6:00 p.m. @ Kitchen Bits – 1390 Kingsway

Networking w/ Hugh Kruzel: Entrepreneurship 101 lecture – 6:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. @ NORCAT Centre – 1545 Maley Dr.

Mediterranean Night – A little French, a little Italian, all Mediterranean. We will start off with Roast Pork Tenderloin with a Pomegranate Sauce, and on the side, Golden Parmesan Polenta Triangles. Adam Smale’s TRYAMID – Jazz Sudbury presents New York based, Sault Ste. Marie born, 7-string Fingerstyle Jazz guitarist, Adam Smale.The Northern Ontario’s prodigal son returns with a trio, TYRAMID. The evening will feature two special guests from the Bell Let’s Talk team:TSN host Michael Landsberg and professional golfer Andrew Jensen.
