Wellness Shoppe is a cozy health food store located in the south end of Sudbury (1769 Regent St.). This store carries all your basics to start on your health journey and some pretty cool specialty products I came across. I was able to easily make my way through the store in about 15 minutes, which is very rare for me, as everything was very well organized.
