Our Guests of Honour at this 2018 Edition of WIFW's International Women's Day Screenings will be the Organizers & Volunteers of Walking With Our Sisters Sudbury. Our film programme is a series of new works by outstanding Indigenous women filmmakers. New work by Darlene Naponse, Michelle Latimer, Jules Koostaschin, Michelle Derosier... She Is Water 13 min. Nucca 12 min. Butterfly Monument 28 min. The Grandfather Drum 13 min. A Live Q&A with some of the featured filmmakers will immediately follow the screening. TICKETS HERE ARE $15 AND ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR CASH: $20. #WomenInFilmWednesday is a monthly film series of Sudbury Indie Cinema Co-op dedicated to showcasing the recent work of women-directors. We are proud to be spearheading this progressive series. Partial proceeds from this screening will be donated to a project/cause chosen by Walking With Our Sisters.
