Paverpol Sunflower
This workshop is a pre-requisite to Intro to Paverpol sculptures. This workshop is a seasonal workshop. You will build on your previous knowledge and sculpting skills. We will apply wrappers and paverplast and paint the sunflowers in colour. They can be used as home décor or hung outside on a fence. Pictures to follow. What is Yoga Really?
In this 2.5hour all-levels workshop, you will learn about the holistic definition of yoga and tools to help you integrate the practice throughout your life outside the studio. Using Patanjali's 8 limbed path as a foundation to explore and experience all aspects of yoga. During the workshop you will gain knowledge and insight of: - The 5 Yamas (ethical practices) - The 5 Niyamas (personal observances/relationship with the self) - Asana (refinement of the body) - Pranayama (regulation of breath) - Pratyahara (sense-withdrawal) - Dharana (concentration) - Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (complete attention)
