Mother Daughter Yoga for Mother’s Day

Mothers and daughters have a special relationship and what a perfect way to celebrate Mother’s Day than with a yoga class and spending time with the most important woman in your life.
And what a wonderful way to support two great women’s causes Angels In Pink the breast cancer equipment fund and the Sudbury Women’s Centre a central access point for women of all cultures to access resources and services that remove barriers and promote self-esteem.
There will be door prizes, vendors tables, a penny table, hair chalking by Charm Plus and the highlight of the evening a yoga class, plus lots of fun for mom and her special girl.
On May 10 at the Lexington Hotel 50 Brady St Doors will open at 6:00 and class will start at 7:00. $20 for mom and one daughter, $5 for each additional daughter. Minimum age is 10ys. Please bring your own yoga mat.
