Fashion Tip: Accessories can bring any outfit from day to night (or season to season)

So, when it comes to summer fashion, I can get pretty lazy. You know I love t-shirt dresses, big necklaces, and runners. This dress is one that I have not only worn out-and-about, but the collar and shirt tails make this perfect for work during the warmer months. I have also paired this with tights and tall boots to get a few extra wears out of it in the winter!

There are a lot of ways to accentuate the collar of a dress that don’t have to look like this one! Although this dress is from Marshalls, there are similar styles at Forever 21 (here and here) and at one of my faaaave stores, Boutique 1861 (here and here). Each of these can be dressed up or down with the right accessories.

To accessorize today, I grabbed another chunky necklace to really make the collar pop. I found this at my go-to accessory shop, Forever 21 (seriously, they have everything). Similar styles can be found here, here and here. Stella and Dot also has two amazing versions of this necklace here and here that I’ve always wanted to try out!
