Mind, Body + Food – A chance to explore our in-depth relationship with the food we eat. Nutrition affects our mind and body on a deep level, and even has an emotional component. Join Selina Rose RHN for a deep discussion about the relationship between mind, body, and food and how you can use your yoga practice to enhance your connection with your body. The Beatles Night – Join The Beatles Night as they celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Revolver album. As the albums get more complex, so then will our presentations…. I guess we’re going to have to make nice with String Quartet and Orchestra people… the 50th anniversary of Sgt.
