What is your favourite thing on your menu/why?

It is so hard to pick one thing on the menu, as each item delivers different health benefits and packs a different punch. For a person that loves greens, get the Hulk Smash; its packed with protein and greens, and come on, the name says it all! Berry Bliss tastes like banana bread, need we say more?

Can we expect to see any seasonal juices/smoothies for the holidays?

There will definitely be some mint chocolate, peppermint, mint, and all things holidays on our menu, coming very soon.

Favourite holiday song?

We are both Italian, so naturally our favourite is Dominic the Donkey. It is guaranteed to make you smile and laugh.

Favourite thing about the holidays in Sudbury?

What is Christmas all about? Family. That is our favourite part of Christmas, getting together with family, egg nog, Christmas music, sitting by the tree.
