THE MONSTER’S BALL IS BACK GUYS AND GHOULS

Its that time of year again. The time when black becomes a “festive” colour and deciding what to dress up as becomes easily the most stressful decision of your month. Luckily you won’t have so search far for plans for your Halloween weekend because Sudbury Burlesque is back with the second edition of the Monster’s Ball! This is no competition the steamiest ticket on the market this fall, changing locations this year to the historic Grand nightclub, stick around after the show for the best dance party around!  What can you expect to see at a burlesque show? “Expect to raise the roof with scantily clad women and men using the seductive art form of tease.   Sexual comedy and innuendo are also to be expected.  No nips, cracks, or crotches….but expect to see everything else” says Sudbury Burlesque cofounder Jess Crowe, who will also be hitting the stage as her alter ego Dolce Tetas.

Along with the plethora of tantalizing performances for the night you’ll get a chance to check out some great vendors set up at the festival including Sudbury Burlesque merch, Halloween/Glam Makeup with Aly Goo, pasties and burlesque accessories from Kitty Kin-Evil, vintage clothing from Starlotte Satine and a Blitzy Photo Booth! Dress to impress, this is your chance to get into the spirit and show off your costuming skills (if you need some tips get some here from Dolce herself), and there’s a prize for best costume up for grabs! Sudbury Burlesque’s Monster’s Ball takes over the Grand October 28th and 29th, get your tickets for just $35 here before they run out!

Need more convincing? Here’s a few of the delectable performers just waiting to “scare” the pants off you this weekend:
